Courtney C., at the reception, went above and beyond, speaking to her manager, and then reaching out to Hotels.com to get a refund for me because I had to check out one day early. I checked out in the afternoon, so most hotels would charge you a full night's price anyways especially if it was already paid through a third party. And she followed up with a nice personal email later. (Let's see if Hotels.com comes through, they've been terrible before). "

"Beautiful tranquil hotel on Lake Washington. This was our second stay and we loved everything about it. Wish we could have stayed longer! The welcome champagne was fantastic, as was the late night snack bar! "

"Beautiful room, very clean, comfortable & quiet! Don't let the 2-stars deter you, every bit as nice as any 5 star hotel I've stayed at! No frills with amenities (restaurant on-site or breakfast), but everything you need in the room....even a toothbrush! "

"Property was very clean and owner was friendly and answered questions quickly.The sofa and mattress were very uncomfortable and I had to buy a foam mattress pad to sleep and had to sit on throw pillows on the sofa in order to be comfortable.The kitchen and bathroom were updated but only had 3 regular glasses and a couple of short ones. The Keurig quit working after two uses but there was another coffee pot available to use. Be aware there is no dishwasher but that was not a problem for me.The lampshades in the bedroom were so old that there were holes in them from overuse. I hate to sound so picky but I’ve owned condos on VRBO and was surprised they would use furnishings in those conditions."
