"The Riu Palace is well designed, well appointed and I appreciated the attention to detail i.e. washrooms (WC’s) were kept clean. The room was comfortable and service was efficient. Reception was friendly and fast. My only knock on staff was not the people (to a person, they were great), but more so the need for more pool-side servers; 3-4 more during the day would have made for less (necessary) trips to the bar. The beach is well located, allowing for a large number of chairs for those who prefer the sand and those that prefer pool-side."

I’m pretty sure the advertised ad on Expedia is the delta resort not the Matlali. I’ve been looking for away to contact Expedia to explain my concerns, but haven’t heard back. Matlali resort on Expedia is not correctly advertised, photos and all advertising is not the same resort. "
