Good service

When we first arrived, I was not wowed by the lobby but our room was wonderful. It was updated and very clean. The cleaning crew went the extra mile. The breakfast was not the best. There was a waffle maker, which is good but that was about it. Coffee in the lobby was hot and fresh even in the evening when we got back to the hotel. Overall, we were very pleased. One thing that was a little strange is that the entrance to the hotel property is through the parking lot of an ice cream place....

I am a solo nurse traveling for work and I was greatly satisfied. They made check-in super easy, I was close to the building in a well lit area and felt very safe. My accommodation was extremely clean. And leaving for work again early ,they made check out very easy as well. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous ,helpful ,and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location to o my coworkers.

We had free hotels.com nights and were disappointed that the boutique hotel in town wouldn't accept them so we booked the hampton inn instead. I am so glad we did. It was so clean, the room and beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms/showers were awesome! We enjoyed a little outdoor patio with a fire pit and some sofas. Clean and comfortable

Fabulous hospitality - very comfortable room with all the amenities you would need - short walk to the lake and restaurants - excellent breakfast and super friendly hosts!

We stayed in the Chocolate Room six months ago and checked in on Dec. 31st, New Year's Eve. We got there at around 10 at night. Many of the other guests and the staff were asleep. It's a nice property. Room was clean. Not a fan of the homeless people, and drug use in the parking lot, but hotel is probably powerless against that.

The hotel was awesome. Highly recommend staying in a Cambria hotel if you are anywhere near one or planning a trip, it would be a great choice.

Very nice, new ,easy in and out. Friendly staff. Only thing i dislike about most newer hotels are the very loud CLICKING locks.

It’s got super fun decor and good breakfast options. The staff is friendly and expert at their jobs. My room was quite comfortable and I plan to be back here again!

This is our second time staying at the Village Hotel. We like how close it is to dining and activities, like the winery and the village. Parking is plentiful and free. The only thing I would change is that the Estate has a shuttle for Inn guests only, but I would make it available to all guests, because it literally drives right past the Village hotel with no one on it. The hotel and all staff from valet to reservations to housekeeping to concierge were absolutely amazing and some of the most attentive and friendliest I have visited with since COVID.
