"We had such a great time staying here! We had tickets to go to The Land of Oz the next day, so we stayed here one night and I can’t praise them enough. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they have a restaurant on site that had amazing food - and we got to sit by the campfire before going to bed. I highly recommend staying here."

"The cabin is beautiful, spacious and clean. The location is very quiet and secluded but also close to some cool restaurants and towns. The host was amazing at communication and everything from check in to check out went very smoothly. I would recommend and I would stay here again."

"Great place. Loved the live music, trivia night…the game room, store, taproom & coffee truck are all great amenities! Loved sitting out on the deck while the fall leaves fell. Our room was the only slight negative. Was only room with a window AC unit that didn’t work great and made the outside noise bad. Also some mold above the shower…but I will stay here again."
Cozy Cabin on Lake James with Private Beach and Boat Dock

"This is a great property to enjoy the outdoors. We used the kayaks and did some fishing off the dock. Just a great time. The cabin is cozy but had everything we needed. Kim was easy to get ahold of if any questions arose. I would highly recommend this property for some R&R."

"Great place to stay while cruising the Blue Ridge Parkway, everything you need is right there. Nice pool, restaurant and 2 bars. We lounged out by the fire pit after dinner and had a nightcap. Highly recommend"

"Spectacular views and easy access to nearby restaurants, quaint set up and comfortable lodgings. Great for a long weekend or quick getaway. Stayed here when we got tickets for the Bare Sky Observatory's Moon Madness show. Will return again soon"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very quiet, peaceful, and remote, which was exactly what we were looking for. It’s also in a great location for outdoor activities. We spent our time exploring the state park, hiking nearby trails, kayaking, and boating on Lake James. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway while still being close to so many outdoor adventures. We would definitely stay here again!"
