"Check in was a 2 hour affair with conflicting and incorrect instructions. I had to make multiple conference calls while my kids were screaming at the museum. They ended up sending us to their spare key...The biggest issue here is that the entire wall facing the mountains is glass (which is stunning),but the HVAC that's there now simply cannot handle the heat and the sun that bakes though all day.
