"This has become my go to place to stay in Seattle. It's always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and its in a perfect location. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance and a bus stop right outside to get downtown quickly. There's also coin op (and maybe also app based?) laundry which is super convenient and a little convenience type store in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area"

"Beneath Wyndham’s standards taking an outdated old ran down motel and trying to upgrade into something worthy of $200-$250 nite stays. Although close to Seattle’s Needle attraction guests are given outdated dining information in the room guides, Stand up shower stall with elbow room only, dingy carpets. No breakfast, coffee station with cold coffee on 2 occasions, no tv remote in room and having to go down to front desk to retrieve one after being told one would be brought up. I called this facility twice before arrival and the phone was answered with “hello” no mention of the motel so i was unsure if i had dialed the proper number. Staff was lazy at best and I will never stay again. Loud environment outside and having upstairs neighbors thumping around moving furniture and stomping back and forth all night sealed the deal. We will not return."

"The stay was a part of my Spouses 60th Birthday Celebration. So as much as I wanted it to be an "Over the Top Experience" for her and it was,I felt that the entire Staff at the Mediterranean played an excellent supporting roll."

"I arrived around midnight and was greeted with good cheer, informed about the lobby coffee, area restaurants, bikes, and rooftop. My room was comfortable and clean and the wifi worked well. I liked having a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and tea/coffee in the room as well as basic tableware like mugs and a sink--all in a small compact space. I appreciated the Expedia VIP upgrade. This was a convenient spot to stay-I had about a 15 minute walk to my conference hotel. Third st north of the hotel is suffering from the 'buses only' traffic flow. It's looking pretty barren. But Second street a block away is lovely and hosts interesting restaurants and lively night life. There's a breakfast spot next door with a discount for hotel guests which I didn't try. Next time! I would definitely stay there again."
