"The rooms were clean and they clean everyday unless you say otherwise.its only two breakfast restaurants and one is a crepe spot.breakfast is buffet style with alot of options including fruit and muffins &bagels. It's 4 iptions for lunch okus the pool grill.dinner its 5 options and they all close at 10pm.staff was very helpful and nice tp all visitors.id go again,maybe soon and experience their dry seadon.i wenr in the rainy season,it rained everyday but its brief during my visit in agust 26'"

"Coco Palm is the epitome of a true, relaxed authentic St. Lucian holiday. Situated in the heart of Rodney Bay, its difficult to get bored. What stood out for me was the exceptional service from staff who were obviously committed to the hotel for years. The genuine St. Lucian hospitality was evident. As a St. Lucian, it was heartwarming to experience this. Breakfast which was included was also very good. Property was clean. My only critique was my sleep experience- mattresses need changing as the same was true when we stayed Coco Kreole. Coco palm is now my official hotel to stay when I return to my country. Well done to the team! Special shout out to Simone (MD), Garfield (guest services), the night manager and restaurant staff."

"AMAZING! The best trip of my life! My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and from the moment we arrived, we did not have to lift a finger. Our butlers (M&M) cared for us 24/7, not to mention the staff kept our room spotless the entire visit. We had a beach bungalow (would highly recommend this room) and the staff made sure the floors never had sand and always felt clean. Every single staff member truly goes above and beyond. They are the nicest, most genuine people you will ever meet! The property is located on the most beautiful beach nestled between two mountains. The water was so clear every day and there was hardly any seaweed. Both the pool and the beach always had nice chairs available to sit and never felt crowded. The snorkeling at water sports are completely free. The only thing we paid for was the night dive, which was a really cool experience! The snorkeling here is some of the best in St. Lucia, because there is a reef located right there. The breakfast buffet was included with our room and was INCREDIBLE- so many excellent options such as an omelette bar, açaí bowl station, pastries, fresh fruits, and wellness shots. All of the food here is fantastic. Sugar beach arranged for us to get a cab to go to Tree Top restaurant off property, which is a MUST DO experience! Authentic Indian food with incredible Mountain View’s. I could go on about how incredible Sugar beach is, but I am running out of characters for the review. Just book it! You won’t regret it :)"
