The beds were really comfortable and the use of the canoe was a huge bonus, especially as we were blessed with such beautiful weather! Thank you Martin and Janis for your kindness and hospitality! "

"Oh my word what a place!!! We were over the moon with this property. The communication between owner and the manager was excellent. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen/living room was spacious and had a great flow but the bonus toy room upstairs was the highlight of the house (we were travelling with a 4 yr old and a 6 yr old.) The gated yard was beautiful and lots of parking. I would come to this home again."

"This is definitely an older place but the pictures are accurate. It was comfortable and exactly what we needed for our family who brought a dog. The property is quiet and tucked away from the city but also close enough to everything else in Port Alberni. The host was friendly and easy to deal with. Although I did not meet him, my family did and had a lovely chat. Would choose to stay here again."
