The grandchildren had fun exploring the property finding the games and toys. Principal rooms are large; appointments make it luxurious; the beds were comfortable, the appliances, utensils, plates and glasses were used. It was the perfect venue to complete an emotional day. "We had a Christmas family gathering. Jackie even had a Christmas tree up in the living room beside the fireplace. It was a perfect spot to place the gifts for everyone. Lots of room to gather, and the outdoor spaces were amazing. The kids played on the structures and walked through the forest. We had a beautiful evening on Saturday to sit around the fire pit. The information page needs to be updated, as it says it sleeps 15, but only sleeps 12. Other than that, I would highly recommend this...

"Comfortable accommodations for three children and nine adults. Well maintained yard. The neighborhood has a play area for kids. Easy access from the 401. The property is located close to gas stations, and about 10 minutes drive to the parks and other activities in town. The host was responsive to questions."

"Great space for large groups. We had our family reunion there and had room for everyone. There was lots for people to do and the host was easy to deal with. The cleanliness and general upkeep of the houses was very disappointing. There were dead flies on the floors and in the windows, cobwebs everywhere, mouse droppings in several areas, laundry (not sure if it was dirty or clean) piled in the corner of some of the rooms, at least 1 loose faucet, and some electrical outlets were missing covers....

"Wonderful cottage, reminded me of cottages my parents rented when I was a kid! Very clean, well equipped kitchen and really did have everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, love the sandy beach area and our grandson loved it also, spending a lot of time picking up snails and pinecones! Great Lake for canoeing, kayaking, swimming and fishing! Fairly quiet considering alot of homes on the lake! Good communication with our host and couldn’t have asked for a lovelier place to spend a week-a few...

"The property is clean and well appointed. Having a game room is an excellent idea for a rental and the swim spa is lovely. The river is beautiful. Look for wildlife all over. Lots of rabbits, a beaver and birds, including an Osprey family at the nearby Frankford Tourist Park. The area around and in Frankford is great for exploring, walking, etc. There is a rail trail next door to the property for walking/biking. Be mindful of some quirks that have resulted from quick construction work....
