"This is a perfect spot if you plan to drop your stuff and go explore Grand Rapids all day and just come back to the house to sleep. The listing says two bathrooms but there is only one bathroom. The air conditioner in the large bedroom didn’t work and the ceiling fan was very wobbly and loud, so it did get pretty hot at night in July. Pretty dark in the area at night but once we figured out the keypads with the help of our phone lights, we were in! It's a beautiful, spacious and clean condo.
