NEW! Indoor Hot-Tub! Spacious & Updated home conveniently located in Marquette Township. *Indoor Hot-tub & Entertainment area. Perfect for all renters. Located in a more quiet part of town, this is perfect for all your outdoor activities but still close to Downtown MQT, all the shops and restaurants. Snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, snow biking, walking trails and excellent scenery. The house is great for families, couples, business travelers, and small groups. Free Parking.

The space
Spacious, open concept house. Featuring 2 bedrooms. (1) King size bed. (1) Double size bed. (1) Twin size bed. 1 fully remodeled bathroom! The kitchen has all newer appliances and also has all needed cooking and eating supplies. Large driveway offers plenty of parking spaces. Good size back porch for entertaining aswell as a BBQ grill. A Smart TV, WiFi, Netflix and such is included.

You have access to the whole house. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, dining room, living room and front yard.

Host very helpful with any questions. Wonderful place to stay. We did not get a chance to use the hot tube but peeked in it was very inviting and will for sure use it next time. You will enjoy your stay if you are looking for a great place to stay.

This property is really clean, well decorated, with all of the essentials and several extras. The hot tub was a bonus and we enjoyed the privacy offered by having it indoors (in the garage). The location is quiet and near shopping and foods options. Great for a small family or two couples.

The property was very clean and well kept. It was appointed very well with the items you would need. It is in a very good location, close to the main drag of 41, and about 8 minutes from downtown. Easy access. Garage available. Host was responsive and provided helpful information about the area.

Overall our family had a great stay. We were able to bring our dogs, which was great. The cottage/house was very well-located, close to NMU and Marquette downtown. Other restaurants and shops also are in walking distance. The property was very clean and accommodated all our needs. We would definitely recommend the cottage/house to others and would stay there again.
