Riad Hikaya

"I can't say enough about how great Riad Hikaya was. Clean, beautiful, and the service was perfect. Upon arrival, they had flowers and a birthday cake waiting in the room per my request for my wife's birthday. Every morning, they provided a delicioius breakfast spread with tea or coffee, fruit, yogurt, bread, and pastries. The one dinner we had at the Riad might have been one of the best dinners we had in Marrakech. The pool is really clean and beautiful and you can have breakfast or dinner right in front of it in the courtyard. Everyone who works there is really helpful with anything you need including getting a taxi, travel tips, drinks, food, anything you need for your room. Finally, if you are staying in the Medina, the location is perfect. It's at the south end in the Kasbah area right off a main road that runs right through the Medina. The Saadian Tombs and El Badi Palace are about a 12 minute walk, and the souks and other sights are probably another 10-12 minutes from there. Convenient location but still quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. PERFECT"

"If you’re looking for an authentic Marrakech stay, look no further! I would, and did, book this Riad for multiple stays. This is world class hospitality. Every major chain should send their staff to see what true hospitality is. Everyone is genuinely working to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Anything you need, any time of day, the answer is “of course”. Our check in with Siham was so relaxing and informative. Not like any check in at any hotel you’ve ever had. She was wonderful for our whole trip just like the entire staff. Based on the other Riads I have seen, this one is more spacious and open than others. The rooms are large and the a/c does wonders. They are also just on the outskirt or edge of the Medina. It is a huge advantage because your driver can drop you off right at the door, unlike other Riads which are off small alleyways. Breakfast is authentic and delectable. I can’t say enough good things about Asika. If you get a chance, pay them a visit!"

"Amazing staff throughout, from the rooftop right down to front reception. Huge shout-out to Chay who went above and beyond with recommendations and things to do, plus all the other girls on reception. The only real downsides were a frustrating check-in (had to wait a few hours) and weak shower pressure. Apart from that, I’ll definitely be back 👌"

The facilities were excellent, providing a very comfortable and welcoming environment for my trip to Marrakech with my daughter. While the hotel itself was great, I am writing this review specifically to highlight the exceptional service provided by two of your staff members who truly made our stay memorable. First, I want to give 100% praise to Abdelilah at the front desk. He went absolutely above and beyond in his duties. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. Secondly, i want to highly commend Abdel and the entire animation team. The quality of the entertainment, including the music and dances, was outstanding. Abdel showed genuine care for us as guests, bringing fantastic energy and ensuring we had a wonderful time.
