"We had a fantastic stay here in a Deluxe room which was beautiful and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and attentive at all times. The breakfast was fresh and there were a number of hot options from the kitchen. I had a ham and cheese omlette and the pancakes which came with fresh berries and syrup. Delicious! The location is perfect, very close to the cathedral and the central shopping district. The rooftop bar is excellent, the strawberry mojitos were incredible! We wil be returning here, we loved every minute of our stay. "

"During my recent visit to AluaSoul hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the highest of customer service provided located in a great area. However, my stay was somewhat marred by the accommodations. The bed in my room left much to be desired; the mattress was torn and lacked the firmness I prefer for a good night's sleep. While the culinary offerings were outstanding, the comfort of the lodging did not meet the same high standards. Overall, I would highly recommend AluaSoul for your stay. "
