"I really don’t want to sound that grumpy, but there are pros and cons for this hotel. Smooth check in, not that clean room, as I had no asthma attacks for years, and after I entered the room I struggled breathing. The same happened on the 2nd night, so I asked to vacuum clean the floor and this was accommodated. Not sure if it was placebo effect but I could breath in the room. Very noisy room, could hear traffic, people outside until 2am (for 3 nights) at 6am rubbish removal, road traffic restarted etc. breakfast is basic, but not that bad. The staff would benefit from training on how to be friendly. A little smile would not hurt. No need to chase customers and recheck the room number especially if it took awhile to be seated. The rooms are not cleaned by default and you have to ask for this at reception. "

"Everything in my room and in the spaces that I saw was clean and well-maintained. The building has very solid floors and walls (poured concrete, I assume), so that one hears no noise from other rooms (at least, I didn't). On the negative side, the interior design is cold, sterile, and charmless. "

"May 2026 : Superb hotel - close to the centre of Vienna, nice room and bathroom, healthy buffet breakfast with delicious scrambled ham & eggs. The bar serves Austrian beer & wine and the food is superb - the pizzas are home cooked and excellent ! The facilities are superb for an active person - 8 indoor tennis courts, which were free to book, a gym, large outdoor pool and a huge sauna. We hugely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning ."
