The electric window blinds fail to operate if not fully charged. The TV screen was blue (maintenance staff said the TV needs replacing a common fault). The two business centre printers did not work. "The room was clean. I booked it for the indoor pool but when I got there it was down for maintenance. That was never told to me When I booked, not when I called to make sure they had an indoor pool nor was it on the website. When I called for extra blankets I was told to come down and get a set. I booked a studio room so I feel extra blankets should have already been in the room. The hotel seemed short staff as it was long wait times at the counter whenever we tried to check in, check out or ask a question. "
