"The staff was great. The breakfast was ok(I have seen better). I was surprised our room wasn't attended to until we inquired about clean towels after we were out the first day. And it happened the next day as well(4 day stay)(no making of the bed, etc). Once we mentioned this, it was taken care of. But the sheets weren't changed."

"Property was very clean including rooms. Room was a good size. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good for hotel breakfast and parking was free. Great location near shopping, restaurants and gas stations. Would stay here again."

"Breakfast was pretty typical. Good variety to choose from. They have eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles, cereal, oatmeal, toast, yogurt and a variety of muffins and danish. Room was neat and clean. AC worked well. Room did have a damp feel to it. The rug showed no stains or wear but would never walk on with bare feet. Rugs outside the room were filthy. They need to pull up all rugs throughout the hotel and have vinyl planking. Pool area was ok a little beat up. "

"Great check in, clean room, hot shower. The only thing I dislike is the breakfast. In my world, that is NOT a breakfast. Similar or same as other budget hotels so not an issue but it's just my opinion."

"Room was clean but part of the reason we chose this hotel was for the breakfast. It was supposed to be open until 9:30. We got there at 9:10 and it was already closed. Disappointing."
Holiday Inn Express - Harrisburg East by IHG

"I enjoyed my stay. The king size bed was comfortable, I didn't know my room came withba pullout couch, but my teenager enjoyed it. The breakfast was free and plentiful and although the parking lot looks small we stayed on a weekend where they were booked solid and still found parking after midnight. Its like they saved a spot just for us. The ac works even on 73 I was a little cold. The shower amenities include full size dove products amd this was a first seeing that in hotels. We really liked this hotel and will keep it in our favorites."

"Cheap and convenient, front desk guy was nice. Nothing fancy at all. But doable. Beds were decent and shower was super hot."
