"Overall the property was okay. But I did not appreciate the extra cost of $26 per night for resort fees after my stay was already paid for and I did not experience any other resort amenities. Also they placed valet charges on my bill with out giving any other parking opportunities $30 ea night. That was terrible, clear communication with customers instead of charging extra fees after your stay. Thankfully the kind receptionist took off the valet parking. Due to a wedding the day I stayed, but that is not fair to customers to not make them aware of these charges."

"Lobby and food area was clean and stylish. The room was clean but nothing special and the floor damaged and felt soft like it was water damaged. "

"Staff here is friendly and helpful. Our party had two rooms. When we arrived a bit early we were able to access one of them to drop luggage and settle a moment before heading to our event. Both staff and the desk and cleaning crew were very kind to us. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. "

"This home set the bar for rentals for us. It is in the perfect location on the Weeki Wachee River. The house was very clean and provided way more than we expected from a rental. The owners even came out on a Sunday to provide us with an extra kayak to make our river experience safe and comfortable. We had several close encounters with manatees, dolphins, a river otter, and lots of other wildlife. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place."
