"I'm asking refund for the booking on 6/15. Our train arrived late that day, but I sent the message repeatedly earlier asking for instructions to get the key. There was no single response. When we arrived in the midnight, with neighbors help, got in the gate, found the building, got in the entrance, in the room box there was no key at all. Called the owner many times, there was no response. We have to find somewhere else to stay that time!"

"Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. The neighborhood was really really loud throughout the night and also did not feel safe. There was no temperature control in the humidity of Venice which made it really difficult to sleep well. "Great location in Treviso, so many close things to walk to, the train station is very close and walkable too. Loved the city and the hotel and of course the food in the City. "

"Check in was confusing because we arrived at a slightly different address and had to walk 10 minutes. The actual stay was great and for what we paid, I am quite happy with this place. Right near the bus stop to get into Venice!"
