We stayed only one night but we would absolutely stay there again. It was less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. The gentleman working the front desk (I think 24 hours!) was incredibly helpful upon arrival, checking out and arranging a ride for us to the airport. He’s a model of customer service! The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great.

Very cozy and unique place. Host was super friendly and helpful always making sure we were ok. Breakfast was great and complete. I would definitely recommend this place. It is is like 5 mins away from the train station.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Chiara Lodge was truly delightful. This family-owned lodge exudes warmth and genuine hospitality, creating an atmosphere that immediately feels like home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a restful retreat after a day of travel. The restroom is very clean and full of necessities. We went as a group of 3 and we are not small people (lol) but we stayed comfortably in the room. Breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the care and attention given to every guest experience. They also have another place in Venice and we went there for lunch and the owner also provided great hospitality. We were so appreciative. We wholeheartedly recommend Chiara Lodge to anyone seeking comfort, charm, and outstanding service. About 5 mins walk to bus station and the train station…we will definitely return! Thank you.

The gentleman at the front desk could not have been friendlier. He honestly made the stay worthwhile. The breakfast was also excellent, and the selection was great for such a small hotel. The room was OK with plenty of room, but the bed was awful; the floor might have been more comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was the AC in our room 102 was not adequate. I advised the staff. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good size. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Above average for breakfast buffets.

Staying at Chiara Lodge was an absolute delight. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance like 5 minutes to take the bus and train to Venice. The room was so comfortable and clean that make me feel I was home. It was really a peaceful retreat. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. They gave us tips about how to easily get to Venice. The also helped us find a taxi for our special needs. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood but there is mot a lot to do at walking distance. However, the bus stop to Venice is at 2 minutes walk and the train station is at 10 minute walk. Location is very convenient.

Prompt and Friendly staffs

the customer service was great! I asked the possibility of parking lot reservation and storage luggage then got prompt with friendly replies. The Hotel provides the best frittelle in breakfast. love it! The small disadvantage was no international channels and signal of TV was not stable.
