"Nice clean room, excellent breakfast bufet"

"The room was very nice, Etienne was very nice and responsive and very kindly checked us in late. The bed was firm for my taste, but the location was great. It is right in a square with several busy restaurants and was a very lively atmosphere. The shower was very nice with good pressure and temperature. One note is that if you like to go to bed early don’t stay here on a Friday night. The revellers were out in the square until 2:30am 😉"

Charming Venetian decor. Bed comfortable and I slept through the night which is saying something! Be prepared to leave cash for tourist tax —I was not. "

"We were worried about the review about the bed bugs but everything was extremely clean and well maintained. Yes the bathroom smells a little bit but it’s because you’re in Venice on the canal. Reception was very helpful."
