This small boutique hotel is really a gem hidden in a small Venetian street. Very centrally located at easily walking distances from everywhere, run by an excellent team of humans (not modern day robot employees). Great decor and comfort. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, quiet, small boutique hotel with only 6-7 rooms. Meticulously renovated with spacious bathrooms and rooms. Location ideal for walking and water taxis. Host was incredibly accomodating and made reservations for us for whatever we wanted. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Staying at this location was great! It was a hidden luxury in Venice. The furnishings, decor, layout everything was nice and importantly comfortable. the Staff was attentive and very helpful (assisted with transportation and even carried our luggage!). This boutique hotel is beautiful, clean and very quiet. The hotel manager assisted us from checking in, helping with our itinerary and even carried our bags to the water taxi. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and plan to stay here again!
