"Elevators are dirty with cigarette butts, empty alcohol bottles and glass. The door in our bathroom was broken, the safe was not working so we had to wait for two days to have it fixed.. There is no ice machine so we had to go to the restaurants each time we needed ice. When I booked the hotel, my complementary breakfast was included, the restaurant said no.
