"The hotel is freshly remodeled and everything is in perfect shape. The check in was both timely and personal. The food is outstanding and the service impeccable! Our suite was very comfortable. Room service is delicious and very quick. We loved our stay and give the hotel our unqualified two thumbs up!"

"It is not 5 star hotel. 4 stars Max. Nice hotel but limited with amenities.. we had to ask for toothbrushes twice and received none. Limited option to cosmetic kits (almost none). Hotel does not replenish supplies.. so if you used shower cap once, it will be gone next day and good luck having a replacement ( remember no toothbrushes, no extra shower cap… hold on to what you got). Hide them. Limited amount of towels as well- 2 only. My face towel for second night was gone as well, no replacement...

"Staff were helpful. They were quick to respond to my needs. They also kept my room clean when I went on day trips. I also had help from a staff when I lost my card key. I was partying late until 5 AM but I showed her my ID and told her my room number and got another card key. Thanks !!"

"Hotel Arts was wonderful. The staff always cordial and professional, rooms and hotel clean and just beautiful, food and drinks in hotel delicious as well. Facilities offered at hotel from pool to spa are exquisites. Will be coming back."
