"Great place to stay!"

"Great stay. Clean room. Quiet. Good communication with host."

"Nice apartment style"

"Clean apartment that was well stocked for an extended stay"

"Great spot if you want somewhere quiet but still close to attractions like Bradley University or Peoria Civic Center!"

"Everything was great! Thank you for the enjoyable stay. "

"Location was awesome’"

"Great property!"

"Good spot to rest up after a long day of travel! Quiet nights gave me that rest I wanted before hitting the road again."

"The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

"Great location with lots of decent choices for restaurants, close to the casino, and hwy.Only issue is you can hear everything from other units like they’re in the apartment with you! Zero sound deadening was used whenever they remodeled this cool old warehouse. It’s my 3rd time staying 10 days and I’ll continue to stay here when I’m in Peoria if available."

"We chose this place for its convenient location to Spoon RIver Festival towns. It worked out perfectly for us. The place is just right for 2 people!"

"This was a great loft apartment. The bed was comfortable. The amenities inside were great. The only drawback was that noise from within the building was pretty evident when people were walking upstairs or in the building."
