The apt would get hot sometimes when using the oven or running the dryer since there's no AC. also trash would pick up at odd hours which would be very loud but closing the windows helped. Other than that, overall a good place to stay and it was nice to have a Trader Joe's so close."

"We liked our stay on Jackson St mainly due to the location. Fillmore Street is a great neighborhood full of yummy places to eat. Bluebottle Coffee is a half of block away. The apartment is small and charming but lacks some comforts. They do not have cable and the Roku TV was not adequate. The kitchen does not have a dining table and the bar stools are very uncomfortable. We really needed a Renters guide and had to solve problems on our own. The bed was comfortable and access to washer and dryer...
