From first arrival we were treated like family and made to feel like we were at a new home we had yet to discover. Fabio was simply incredible as was the rest of the staff. The hotel itself was impeccable and one of the most friendly and professionally run operations I have experienced...and i travel a lot. It was my first trip alone with my Daughter after the passing of my mother and we could not have been more blessed to be welcomed the way we were into this wonderful space. We truly escaped here. We loved it so much and will return one day. Unfortunately Expedia took a review from another place with a complete opposite experience and posted it here. I cannot tell you the horror i felt when i learned of this mistake. Even when I talked to them they were very understanding.
