"Owner is very friendly. We came late than the check-in ending time, and got wrong address. We called owner, he drove out to find us, and show us the way to the house. Owner suggested very good local restaurant. Owner cooked delicious breakfast for us in next morning."

"The apartment was clean, we didn’t need a air condition at all. If you want escape from crowded places, this will be a very good choice. You have the good top view at the city near the beach. We were in May, so the weather was rainy and sunny, so we could visit kulturell points and enjoy the see and swim. The hostess is a very nice person and is flexible, so we could arrange one or another points at the place. Many, many thanks for warm welcome"

"Planned this trip with my two siblings and my sister in law and we are so happy we chose Massimo’s Villa! Massimo is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to accommodate us on a very late arrival time due to some airline delays. We should have arrived at 3pm but due to delays and being rerouted through Rome we did not arrive until 1am. Massimo’s suggestions for restaurants and winery visits were on point and setting us up with a Chef to cook dinner for us at the Villa made for a very...
