Hotel Villa Casanova was one of the highlights of our trip to Tuscany! Everything about this place was special. Beautiful hotel a block from the beach, Our room was very big, extremely clean and the beds were foam, which was a welcome change from previous hotels that had beds as hard as could be. Breakfast was very nice - eggs, ham, cold cuts, cheese, pate, juice, cappuccino, nutella, jam, cereal, cakes and breads/croissants. I was pleasantly surprised by this property. Apart from being just a bit too far from the Beach Club we go to usually, this is a great hotel for families. I will definitely consider returning. Rooms modern and clean. Service exceptional and lovely grounds.

Short walk to walled city, safe neighborhood but most of all fantastic staff. I have never seen a group of people that are so kind, helpful and willing to do anything for their customers. We had an incident that required an ambulance in the very early hours of the morning. The night desk shift manager took such good care of us, calling ambulance, explaining to us in English what was going to happen.
