Great Stay near Hobbiton

Check in was fast and smooth for our group with 3 different rooms. They had the keys ready for us when we got there showed us to our rooms and was clean and spacious

Good budget friendly stay

We booked last minute and it was a good, budget friendly stay. Easy check in, spacious and good facilities. The decor could do with an update, but for the price we had no complaints.

Very Comfortable

Our stay was very comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. The bed was amazing. A short drive only to Hobbiton and restaurants etc.

Nice comfortable room, no AC but they had a Fan. Good location for us to reach the places we were visiting. WiFi was spotty, great free parking. Owner gave us tips to visit the Gardens in Hamilton, great call.

The room worked well for me and was quite spacious. It had all the kitchen tools I needed and was located in a quite area. The only drawback was the WiFi access was lacking some evenings and the front desk was not particularly helpful. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay.

There was no air conditioning in the room, so it was so hot I had to leave the front door open. Also, the noise from the cars on the road was so loud that I couldn't sleep well at night. And when I checked in, the hospitality was incredibly rude.
