"This is a great hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good. Beds was comfortable and staff friendly. Please note that if you have a car then there is some parking underground. However, the ramp down is very narrow and has a slight jog you have to negotiate. The parking spaces are quite small and there is limited turnaround space. Do not park underground unless you have a small car. "

"A very convenient location to get to the Chania airport for about 15 to 18 euros. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Be aware that rooms on the upper floors require walking up a marble winding staircase (no elevator). The friendly helpful staff are willing to help with your luggage if you ask. Overall a great place for an overnight."

"The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were 1st class, even up to the manager, who takes time to ask guests if there are any problems. The only problem we had was the booking of the specialist restaurants, you were expected to book them via an app, this didn't work, had to argue with reception about booking a meal, after only being 9.30 & 10.00pm, not ideal when you are 75 yrs old, but after speaking to the concierge, who was very helpful and got us earlier times, it is not a problem you need when you arrive on holiday. Hopefully this problem will be sorted out and add to the good hotel / holiday experience "
