"Very nice Hotel with a lovely breakfast. The staff were amazing, 5 stars service!"

"This property is very dated, 60s flat roof etc and looks dreadful from the exterior. Paint peeling, signs losing paint, very unattractive entrance from the main road shared with a continental restaurant. Grubby carpets and decor around the entrance and reception areas. Room good with dated decor but very clean but balconies grubby. Nice carvery and decent breakfast. Basically a worn out buiding but a little effort and decor could make a big difference. "

"Lovely hotel. Good breakfast and lunch options. Great location. Can walk into the town area in around 10 mins or about 20 mins from the port. Bus stop outside. Pay £7 for a hop on/off day rider on buses only to get around the island. Will cost more if you want to add the trams/trains. "

"The room is modest in size but immaculate and very comfortable. The staff was terrific, particularly the front desk. Warm and helpful. The restaurant staff are all charming. If I were to quibble, the meals could be a lot better. Still, A for sincerity."
