"Really nice, clean, and friendly place! On my last day my flight wasn’t until the evening and the front desk staff kindly let me spend almost the entire day enjoying their beach even after I had checked out. I really appreciated their hospitality. Thank you!"

"Laundry facility was out. Parking charge was $25 per day but the lot was full. You had to either wait for parking or park off site at the park. They shouldn’t charge for parking if there aren’t enough spots. No hot tub, pool was cold. Looked like they were housing extended stay guests. Our room was decent, not characteristic of the price for the room ($297). Location is good though. Staff is friendly and helpful."

"Beautifully restored historic inn and gardens. A lovely retreat from Honolulu!"

"This is not a hotel or motel. You need to slide open the gate in order to enter and leave the property. The grounds keeper was very helpful and a pleasure to visit with. Shared bathroom and very clean."

"Cleaning rooms was not a good experience, they only cleaned our room once, and is because I had to tell one lady, the other days we were gone, they didn't bother, even when the lady was cleaning the next couple rooms, I didn't want to complain but is too bad I didn't leave a tip, and for the parking is too bad they charge so much money when you already paying so much to stay in the hotel."

"Great location, amazingly kind and helpful staff, wonderful amenities."

"Grounds were beautiful. Beach view and access great. Quality of condo was in need of refreshing. Some broken doors, and in need of repair. The condo was clean."

"We stayed in room 3 and although there was a disclaimer about the noise from the street, it did not mention how bright the room is even during the nighttime. There were blinds on the windows but they did not keep light out very well. Room darkening shades or curtains in addition to the blinds may have helped. It did not get dark over night. We found it difficult to sleep past 6:00 am. One side of the mattress sloped and it could stand to be replaced. We also found the common areas to be in...

"The place was just as described. The host was great. Definitely recommend."

"Das Gods of Peace hat uns ein Gefühl von Ohana (Familie) gegeben. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. There was barely enough space to move around comfortably, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the room was clean. There is no actual kitchen, just a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Unfortunately, all the appliances and fixtures were very old and seemed worn out, with several things looking like they were falling apart. The air conditioner was also old, made quite a bit of noise, and did not cool the room...

"Great stay! The place was clean, well located, and exactly as described. Smooth communication and very comfortable overall. Would definitely recommend."
