"We had the room facing the lake and it’s amazing! Definitely the best hotel during our trip in New Zealand. The hotel is situated 2km outside of the city centre so you will need a car. But it’s worth it. Clean, good service and comfortable! The nest restaurant also serve great breakfast and dinner! Highly recommended!"

"This is right in the heart of Queenstown! Love it steps away from the wharf where almost all attractions are, playground right in front with the beautiful botanical gardens and local ice rink. Parking for street or valet was great. Rooms are a little outdated however beds were great, bathrooms were cleaned daily from top to bottom, included breakfast is worth it. Concierge is great to go chat and book your activities. Definitely will be returning to the property summer or winter "
