"I like this property but everything is “self serve” here so some people may not like it. There is no actual staff to help check in but at least they pick up the phone when u have questions. We tried to do luggage storage before check in time but no instruction. After we called and got instruction but we didn't have a valid key to get to basement. It is inconvenience if no real person to help on site. When we got to storage area, there is just limited slots to use. End up we couldn’t go anywhere...
