The staff was the kindest we have encountered in our travels this vacation and the location provides excellent access to the Old Town. If you are traveling with a rental car, road closures make it slightly difficult to access hotel lobby area via GPS and I would recommend navigation to parking garage instead. "

The only problem I had is that the room we got was not the room we booked according to the pictures online. It was supposed to be bigger with a separate sitting area.
