"Apart from the great location, the hotel feels old and dated. We booked a room with two double beds, but the room was surprisingly small for the price we paid. There was barely enough space for our luggage. Although the hotel claims to be a 4-star property, the amenities did not meet our expectations. There was no kettle in the room, and no complimentary coffee, tea, or bottled water. The shower facilities were poor, and there was no shower gel provided. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not the welcome we had hoped for during our family's first visit to New York City."

"We had the misfortune to get a room with a tub this time, which I will now request not to get next time. The tub is hazardous getting in and out of , and all we needed was the shower. Plugs are under the night stand and not easily accessible to charge your phone. Beds are too low and too close to shower/ tub window, so difficult for the person on that side of bed to get in or out."
