"Code is sent for property entrance and room. Shame my room was by a busy main road but it was comfortable. Unfortunately the room occupied next door chosev to blast out club music at 9am on a Sunday, that's not the owners fault"

"Lovely room. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Downsides were the toilet in the room is separate to bathroom and quite claustrophobic. There’s not much room. And secondly there’s no flexibility regarding using the swimming pool which is why I booked the hotel. Most hotels if they have restrictions on only so many allowed in the pool at one time, having a booking rota so you can pick a convenient time but there aren’t this flexible and you can only use it once checked in or before checking out. So we never got to use the pool at all. We had breakfast quite late so no time for using pool before checkout. They should have a better system "

"The hotel was at one of the cheapest price points within the city for a weekday evening but delivered a good quality spacious room with all the amenities needed. "We had booked two overnight stays at the start and end of a cruise. While on bith occasions we arrived at the hotel well ahead of normal check-in time, we only had to wait a short time until our room was available. This was very good as it was tiring after a long journey. The hotel is convenient for cruising from Southampton as it is only a short distance to the ferry terminal, but the hotel provided a complimentary transfer on the embarkation day. However, it at £229 for an overnight stay it is not cheap with breakfast additional. WE didn't have dinner at the hotel, so can't comment, but did have drinks in the bar on our second stay. Not cheap there either, but staff helpful and friendly."

"Room was clean but no cups or glasses to use with the plates and bowls. Other clients stood outside of the window (ground floor) and smoked weed and cigarettes for several hours so couldn’t open windows for fresh air."
