"We love staying at the Caldwell Studio and all of the Caldwell properties. It is where we always try to stay when we visit our granddaughter who attends college at UCA. It is the BEST."

"Comfy place, easy check in and easy check out."

"Unfortunately, this place was not as advertised. There was also no wifi, and at first they said it was spotty, then later admitted they did not have it for a couple of weeks. It is by the way a Motel 6."

"Beautiful place for a getaway! The reservation was for one of my superintendents and his wife, in town from Houston to celebrate their 11th anniversary. They loved the place! It perfectly fit their needs, was close to town, and was just as pictured. Becca is an amazing host, very communicative. We'll definitely stay again. "

"Pet-friendly with smooth and simple check-in."

"Quick weekend trip here, pool was refreshing and the kitchenette made snacks easy."

"Anyone passing through Little Rock should consider this place if they want simple yet practical and cozy rooms for a night or two."

"When we got there we didn’t even stop. 100% not safe! Called immediately and no answer, called the booking site and they said she wouldn’t answer them either. No refund, no answer. Left there without a place to stay that night so We returned home. Don’t waste your money on this place."

"Staff handled check-in quickly, location fit my schedule well compared to other places nearby."
