"Really pleasant 3 night stay. Comfortable, spacious accessible room, which had the ability to have different aid con settings in each section. Great view of the planes landing/ setting off at London city airport with minimal noise. Lobby welcoming, friendly staff and plenty of spaces to relax or do sone work. Hot drinks available at various times of day. Limited evening meal menu but very hot, tasty and quite quick. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. "

The Perfect Holiday Cottage
"As part of a trip to Europe, our family wanted to stop for a few days in the London area to visit family before heading home to the US. We booked this lovely cottage and we had a wonderful experience. The cottage is so well decorated and cozy. Kirsty stocked the cottage with everything we could need, and it was within walking distance to anything we needed, including the train. Kirsty was such a pleasure to work with. Her instructions on how everything works was very comprehensive. She was always quick to respond with helpful suggestions. I told her the trip was to celebrate our Anniversary and she even left us a surprise. I am so grateful we found her beautiful house and the next time we are in the area, I hope it is available. 5 stars across the board!"
