"Great experience overall. Hotel was conveniently close to Universal. Walk is about 10-15 minutes or take the free shuttle. Room was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again."

"Check in staff were not overly friendly. Lack of variety of sparkling water or club soda available in the vending machines at the self serve section at the time of our check in 00:20 am! Breakfast was good and service very good."

"I like how the foyer area had plenty of room to sit down relax even get a drink at the bar. What I didn’t like is the automatic 20% gratuity tax added to your bill when you bought something to drink or eat. The whole tipping culture in America has been taken too far."

"The elevators need maintenance. The doors kept opening and shutting and we weren’t even close to the doors. Other than that everything else was great! Rooms very clean and the bathrooms as well."
