"Stayed at Quality Inn & Suites in McAlester, OK for an event at the Southeast Expo center and had a smooth, comfortable experience. The location is ideal-just minutes from the expo center, which made attending the event super convenient. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was welcoming. Free hot breakfast and easy parking were nice bonuses. Great budget-friendly hotel in McAlester if you're visiting the Southeast Expo Center."

"The room wasn’t clean, no pillow cases and there was supposed to be a refrigerator and microwave in the room and there wasn’t. TV didn’t work either. There was 1 bar soap and no other toiletries. No ice bucket or ice machine. Vending machines were empty and not plugged up"

"Room could have been swept better. Bedding was thin. Had heat on 74 and still a bit cool."

"Upon check-in, the front desk agent was very pleasant until she found out it was a third party reservation. She became very rude with myself and thehotels.com agent that tried to rectify the situation by calling and speaking with her directly. She then stated she could not find my reservation and continued to push that if I had booked directly through them this kind of thing wouldn't have happened. She never "found my reservation" and had to make other accommodations. This was the worst experience checking into a hotel I've had in a very long time And I travel for business weekly."
