"We weren't able to get an accessible room thos time. In fact, we had to take a 2nd floor room and the elevator was broken. The outside door that was near the stairs wouldn't open and we needed to walk back around the building to get in. My knees are very bad, my poor daughter had to make multiple trips. The bed upstairs was more comfortable than the one we had the week before downstairs."

"The room was easily accessible with you're personalized code. The room was clean, the water was hot and had great pressure. The towels were nice and thick. I laid on the bed at 730pm after a long day hiking and fell asleep for the rest of the night. I'll stay again if I'm in the area. "

"Extremely beautiful place to stay, wonderful views of Mount Shasta, plenty of parking, clean grounds, and wonderful hosts. I would definitely stay again, and my girlfriend and I had a great time. Mostly quiet, until young children came on our last day. Will definitely bring my children when I come back. Five stars easily."
