"Requested non-smoking King room, recieved 2 queens room, smelling of active marijuana smoke from across the hall. Photos showed spa tub, integrated TV stand with mini fridge and microwave, and coverlets on beds - actual room had no tub, separate fridge and rusted, dirty microwave with missing turntable and dirty (non-matching) sheets on the two beds. Beds had not been vacuumed beneath/behind (visible trash left behind, not just crumbs) and smears of crushed bedbugs but no live bugs observed. Continental breakfast advertised, but not provided either of the two mornings of the stay. Hotel clerk said they could not provide it because of renovations, despite the open counter in the lobby. No remedy was suggested nor was the ice machine functional though I would not have trushed it had been cleaned/was safe. The entire facility smelled of vomit and mildew and the evidence of the "renovations" taking place included rolled up carpet, old furniture, and mattresses lining the hallways, lobby, and outdoor areas of the hotel with no care to the safety or appearance of the property."

"The staff was extremely rude—especially the front desk lady. Asking for extra towels, a blanket, and even to get our room cleaned was too much for this hotel. Do not stay if you’re used to being treated as a human being."

"We have stayed here many times and it was great. This time we did not get the room we requested, the room we got smelled musty, black mold in the shower, stains on the bedspread and blankets. I told the gal who checks us in that had that been our first time staying we would never be back. She is wonderful and was quite horrified that it was not a good stay for us. If someone tries to give me room 112 next time, I will go elsewhere."
