"Would be 5/5 stars, if the jetted tub in the luxury suite had been functional and if blackout blinds were available. Booked the luxury suit specifically for the jetted tub but when setting the timer for what could only be the tub, nothing would happen. I did mention this at check out and it sounds like they weren't aware of the issue. The room was very spacious, beautiful and great privacy, however it was near an outdoor security light with only regular blinds that allowed light through, never truly letting the room get fully dark making sleep difficult without an eye mask. But the bed was extremely comfy. So overallwould highly recommend, justmaybe just bring an eye mask if you need a darker setting to sleep"

"Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was great. Fridge was large and clean. The pool and sauna were great..except there was no supervision and a bunch eof young kids started screaming and running around the pool. They were playing with the pool equipment such as the poles..it is possible they damaged the pool walls poking with the poles foolishly left near the pool.then a bunch of older kids came and same screaming and roudy behaviour. Coffee at the front office was really bad..."

"What a fantastic spot to enjoy the beautiful town of Stratford. They get all the important things perfect. Easy to find, everything is well marked. Lightning fast communication. So very clean. This is a big sticking point for us. It felt clean and fresh and there were no dusty or moldy corners. You can tell there is a person who cares who takes after the room. There were lots of hooks! I love this. It shouldn't be such a big deal but so many places have so few places to put things. AC, good TV options (caught some CFL in the evenings) and even a small fridge for your leftovers. Plus you get to easily walk to everything in town. Thanks for a great time!"
