While the online description mentions a pool, it was marked "out of service" and this was not mentioned when checking in. I am sure there are some tiny weasel words about some things may not be available, but a Pool is not minor. The breakfast was very nice and well presented, but somehow, the items featured in the online commercials, were not present or even evidence they may have...

"The room was nice, clean and comfortable..People were friendly. However, this was a group family event and a couple of family members had their room reservations mixed up and given to other members which could have resulted in an extra day charge for one couple. An identification procedure was not accurately followed...It was resolved but not without a hassle and time involved in the process. "

When we checked in, the front desk was so nice and personable that we ended telling them that it was the night before my wedding and her manager was nice enough to upgrade us to a bigger suite for the special occasion!
