"Appears to be newer hotel or recently renovated. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Hard floors must be the trend in newer hotels. If we were to stay for a longer trip, I would want some storage to be able to unpack but for our 3 day stay I liked the minimalist feel of the room. The window seat was fantastic and I could sit and read comfortably. Great place to watch the changing leaves on the bluff behind the hotel. Breakfast was standard hotel offering - waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Hot and well-tended. We would definitely stay again and/or recommend to friends. Lots of parking available even though the hotel seemed to be full each night."

"We have stayed here many times and love this property. Its within a couple of minutes to the river, restaurants, grocery, gas stations, basically everything you need. It is always clean and comfortable. The furniture and beds are homey and comfortable. Big screen in LR and tvs in each bedroom. Washer and dryer is a nice touch. My kids enjoy the electronic goft game. That tends to be where they’re hanging out.. Outside seating with a gas grill, fire pit, additional seating under the garage overhang with a tv in there a well. Communication with the owner has always been easy and he replies promptly. Easy check-in.There is an occasional train that goes by, but they never bother us! Thank you for another wonderful stay!"
