"My boyfriend and I stayed here during our weekend getaway. Our room was clean and ready early for us, we asked if we could have a early check-in and the manager reached out to us stating we could. The nice lady that was cleaning up the rooms and property, happily greeted us and showed us to our room. The air worked great, we had hot days while we were there and much needed to come "home" to. I can't say enough about the view, it was breathtaking. Waking up in the morning to see the water and sunrise, beautiful. I think being up that high and overlooking the water was the real treat! Much needed tranquility for us both, we didn't want to leave! If I could recommend a place to eat, Driftwood Diner, we ate there 3 times! So yummy! We will be back!"

"We received a nice greeting from the night manager when we arrived. He was set to give us a room on the second floor. When we told him we had a cooler, luggage, and other things to carry he instead gave us a room on the first floor. the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The air conditioner was fairly quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The TV was nice and large. The room was well stocked and everything in the room worked. Both the evening and morning managers were very nice, helpful, and eager to please. The breakfast was good and included waffles, scrambled egg patties, sausage, and fresh biscuits that worked well together to make a nice breakfast sandwich, if desired."

"The property was very clean, comfortable and very inviting! My husband loved it and he is really particular, however I am a light sleeper and the train woke me up around 3:30 am and I couldn't get back to sleep. However, we knew about the train being close to the property prior to booking."

"Both Serenity Lodge 1 and Serenity Lodge 2 are large beautiful homes with amazing views. Our family 3 generations, celebrated a 50th Wedding Anniversary, the 250th American Anniversary and a 19th Wedding Anniversary playing yard games, indoor games, lots of grilled food, time in the hot tubs and quality time together. Visited some of the parks, stores, etc in the area Great place to spend quality time with family and friends. Highly recommend these houses for a big gathering."

"The Firefly Cottage is super cute, very clean and in a great location! We enjoyed our stay here and would return in the future. The owners responded quickly to our questions and we were able to check in early. The only downside is that to access the bathroom, you had to go through the main bedroom, which was awkward with two couples staying there. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a cute getaway in a great area!"
