"Since I booked this trip I had issues !! When I arrived at hotel I was given room , as I went into room there was a terrible odor of mildew mold and smelled dirty . Front desk changed . New room was ok but phone didnt work. Anything I needed had to go to front desk from 9th floor. Requested room to be cleaned next day twice , house keeping never came . Breakfast was extremely crowded no sitting in dining room only one staff person servicing dining area. Food kept running out . The only positive thing I have to say is staff is hardworking . They are not the friendly but work hard. When my family and I left I can truly say we were relieved . We will never ever visit this property again . It was very old , outdated . Tv in room barely worked . Absolutely do not recommend ."

"The front desk staff were very nice, but I couldn't get them on the phone ever. Showers were not good. Water changed temp and now pressure. Everything else was great."

"The hotel is very outdated. There was a party in the lobby that lasted till 2am that we could hear on the 5th floor. Room was clean but the gap around the door was disturbingly large. Elevators were unusable at times and inconvenient. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Great staff! The young lady at the front desk was able to accommodate our unexpected early arrival without any major conflict. We were lucky there was an available room! :-) The room was clean; however, we were not provided with wash cloths. We ( my husband and I ) managed by using the hand towels."

"Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good with variety of choices. Do not remember being aware of a $10 nightly self parking fee when I made my reservation. Stayed on the 4th floor. Took quite a while to get hot water at times in the shower. Overall a good stay and very close to the attractions we wanted to see, avoiding the hassle of being in DC."
