"The desk host made our stay perfect from the minute we arrived until the time we left. We arrived before check in and knew we couldn't use our room yet but we needed a place to change clothes. He offered an employee room for our convenience. He made us feel so welcome upon registering later in the day and every time we encountered him during our stay he had time to join us in friendly conversation. He even made sure to visit our table during breakfast the next morning to question how our stay was. We wish we had gotten his name because he deserves credit for taking his job seriously in making guests feel welcome. Thank you for hiring such devoted employees."

"Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Even the cleaning staff were upbeat and friendly. The facility was very clean. The room had an excellent layout. We were fortunate to be in a suite, which allowed me to work off hours while my wife was still sleeping. The only things I might modify are to add more overhead light (the existing lighting was not very bright in the evening) and to use slightly large wastebaskets. I would definitely recommend, and hope to return."

"This hotel was such a nice find! We were at the family cookout 20 minutes south in Kenton and decided to stay at this hotel for the night. What a great find! Spacious, clean, and very comfortable."

"Amazing experience! Haven’t had this amazing in a long time! Rachel at the front desk was SO kind and helpful, the civic center had an event and the hotel parking was full. She moved her own car to give us a spot off the street. Will definitely book again next time I visit family."

"The description of the home should include the WOW factor as you enter this beautiful home.The view of the lake is Spectacular, as well as the four large doors that opened sideways to completely enlarge the livingroom to include the beautiful deck out back.It's really a sight to see and enjoy!Our host really made us feel specialWith great communication between her and with the extra things she included to make our stay most enjoyable. We highly recommend this home and plan to visit again!"
