"The resort is very nice, stuff friendly, the concierge very experienced and helpful. The lady at the reservation wasn’t very nice. I politely asked if we can check in it was around 2 pm, we flew from Chicago and my 72 years old mom was with us but the answer was No, the room is not ready , we will check you in at 3 pm. Not a good customer service. Can do better "
